Lynn is the owner and founder of Heartwood CFS. Lynn has spent the last 40+ years dedicating her life to Fostering Children and creating supportive care homes for youth and young adults in need. Lynn is passionate in the love and care she provides her staff, and clients that are supported within Heartwood CFS. It is her goal to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can continue to grow and reach their full potential.

Client Case Manager – Andrea Kimball
Andrea has been with Heartwood since February 2023 starting as a Child Support Worker while completing her degree in Social Work at Trent University. With a well-rounded background in management and client support, they bring experience in scheduling, program management, and crisis intervention. These experiences have strengthened their organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills while providing a strong understanding of the operational aspects of delivering quality care.
Transitioning into the Case Manager role has allowed them to focus on client advocacy, connecting individuals with external resources, and helping clients navigate services to meet their unique needs. They are passionate about supporting vulnerable clients, promoting their well-being, and ensuring they receive compassionate, person-centred care. Their goal is to empower clients, advocate for their best interests, and help them access the resources and support necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Human Resource and Administration – Sarah Warrington
Sarah has been working with the Heartwood Management team since February 2023. Sarah has completed schooling in Law and Justice, Project Management, Accounting and Human Resource Principles.
